Following European guidelines and complying with Law 7/2021 of 20 May, which states that all cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants must establish a low emission zone, the city of Donostia / San Sebastián has already established the conditions for access to the Low Emission Zone (ZBE) or Isuri Gutxiko Eremua (IGE) in Basque.
